This may be the best technical book Petersen's ever published. Whether you've done this a long time or are just starting, the Petersen books are wonderful, and this is a great darkroom primer. The chemical stain I put on this book the day I got it in 1975.

Camerette Photographic Series
One hundred years ago there was a magazine published in Baltimore, Maryland, called "The Camera Magazine". They reprinted thirteen of their most popular articles in these little booklets. I had them all, but time and friends have eroded my collection to this paltry five of the thirteen issues. But they're five good ones!
Cloud Photography
Child Portraiture
Modern Negative Retouching

They are still gems. I hope you can use these to finish your collection. If you can't, they'll make a great addition to what you know.

Enlarging Is Thrilling... or The Joy of Making Big Ones Out of Little Ones
This is the first book I ever got on photography. My grandmother gave it to me in 1945 and, frankly, I'm proud of the way it's held up. But the cover finally split, and I'm going to let you tape it the way you want. It includes the original chart that hung on every amateur's darkroom wall in the US for twenty years. This one has only been unfolded twice. It will answer every question the beginner has and remind the pro how brilliant the process is.
